These terms govern your use of the Gantix app. By downloading or using Gantix, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Gantix is a project and task planner for iPhone and iPad. The planner works on your device without an account. Some features — cloud sync, and higher limits — are part of an optional paid tier.
Gantix Pro is offered as an in-app purchase or auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renew in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Your projects and tasks are yours. If you turn on cloud sync, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the feature works — nothing more. You can delete your account and everything synced to it at any time from within the app (Settings → Account & Sync → Delete account). See our Privacy Policy.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, and no use that infringes others’ rights.
Gantix is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important — the app is a planning tool, not a system of record.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change materially, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Your use is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
